Anatomical position
In normal people talk: the position where the body has the least amount of strain on any one joint.
Inclusive movement for every body, every age and every ability.
Home/About us
Here at Every Body, our mission is to keep you moving no matter your ability—even if you’re over 100 years old.
Our mission & approach
We focus on functional movement with the goal of being the oldest person in the gym, so we are not the youngest person in the nursing home. Here’s how we get there.

In normal people talk: the position where the body has the least amount of strain on any one joint.

We work on common postural changes that can develop over years and sometimes decades.

Our classes are geared towards the prevention of injuries and the preservation of a healthy range of motion.
Think of us as the bridge between your medical professionals and the moment you get home and think, “What was that exercise they showed me?”
Get to know me
I am a mother of two wonderful young men and have the best husband one could dream of—but I may be biased.
I am a lover of the outdoors and spend my free time with my family and our dogs in the bush, whether we are hiking, fishing, hunting, quadding and much more. I also love cooking and baking, and had dreams of being a chef as a child, but ultimately my life went in another direction.
Something you should know about me: I am a very direct person who doesn’t play games or sugarcoat anything… just ask my husband.
My story
The reason is very simple. All too often I see and hear stories from people who want to get back into shape but just don’t know where to start. Then they get stuck in a negative loop, especially if they don’t know how or why they ended up that way.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I have spent years learning about the body, and I have trained in personal training, yoga instruction and more.
I wanted to create a supportive environment for every body—for the ones everyone has given up on or written off. I understand that beginner classes are often not beginner enough.
